Recurring Fees

Refund Terms

We understand that from time-to-time circumstances arise which may result in you requiring a cancellation or refund of your purchase / order. If you purchase a course you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. If you have not accessed the product at any point then we can offer a full refund. If the 14 days have passed or you access any part of the course then we reserve the right to refuse any refund in part or full.

Breach Responsibilities

  • If you do not wish your Membership to automatically renew at the end of the current annual period, you must give us at least three month’s written notice of your wish to terminate to ensure you do not incur the Annual Fee for the following Annual Period.
  • You may terminate this agreement at any time by giving written notice, but the Annual Fee shall remain payable for the remainder of the then current annual period and you shall not be entitled to any refund of any Annual Fee already paid.
